In general the hotel should look very classy and expensive, and also very traditional French. The Westminster is already very close, I think, so hopefully we won't have to do too much.
Reception/Lounge
The biggest task, I think, will creating the reception and the lounge areas. I like the white desk you sent. The room is already very white, but maybe we can add some color around the desk. Maybe some flowers or a lamp or something? It would be nice to add some background to the desk also, if possible. I really love the photos of the old mail boxes and key hooks. To me that screams old, fancy hotel. The paintings in the 6th picture is another idea.
The lounge area should have as many small tables as we can fit without being too crowded. We will have a shot where the camera moves around the tables, so we need space for a person to maneuver around them a little. Grace and Paul will be the only people in the lounge, and they won't have any food besides Grace's water (which should be in a fancy bottle the waiter carries in on a tray). But there should be some nice glasses, plates, cutlery, table cloths, etc. The lighting wil be dim in this space, so a candle at each of the tables would add a nice addition. We also need a clock on the wall for Grace to look at in scene 10.
We're shooting the elevator to make it look like it's in the corner of the lobby. In scene 43, Legrand is supposed to be in the elevator trying to close the door as Girard is just outside in the lobby running toward him. Would it be possible to build fake elevator doors to close in front of the camera in one shot? The camera would be in the lobby, but it would look like it was in the elevator looking out at the lobby. We would see just the inside of the doors as they close in front of the camera lens. This would look terrific, but it's not crucial, so let's not do it if it's too expensive or difficult.

Rooms
The rooms already look pretty close to what I imagined. The main task is to distinguish one from the other. As we discussed, it would be great to get different colored curtains in one of the rooms. The more different the color the better. It would also be great if we could have different colored bedding in that room as well. Maybe also some different colored pillows for the chairs, or paintings; any small but noticeable details to help us separate the rooms visually. We will need to remove some of the chairs in the rooms to make space for the action. We should also remove or cover all the TVs.
The script calls for peepholes, but the hotel doors don't have them. So we'll need to add fake ones inside and outside of the two suites. We don't need to see through them. I also don't think we need to add them to the outside of the other doors in the hallway. I don't think anyone will notice.
In scene 47, Grace and Paul now hide the Nazi's body under bed rather than in the closet. We should make sure there's enough space under the bed for this to work. We may have to lift the bed just a bit.
We want to use as much practical light as possible in the rooms, so we'll need to add some lamps around the two suites. You and Travis will need to discuss to where, how many, and what kind of lamps to use. It's probably best to have too many, and we can remove some if necessary.
I don't think we need to build a fake adjacent door in the Nazi's room. I discussed it with the Travis, and we don't think anyone will notice a problem in the shots specific we'll be using. I've also rewritten the broken door to be a door handle that comes off in Girard's hand. Hopefully that will be much simpler. We won't need to see it come off, just that it has.
I agree that we should have some personal items of the guests in the rooms. But I don't think we need much. I want the rooms to feel beautiful and fancy and not too cluttered. We should see the Margot and Nazi's clothes (and his wallet) on the floor and furniture. Maybe he's ordered Champaign for them as well. The Nazi suite can be a little more messy since they've been having a little party. But in Paul's suite I don't think we need much. Maybe some tioletries in the bathroom, like you mentioned. The lotions and soaps Grace samples should look really fancy and extravagant. There should be a lot of them too. Not so much that it looks unrealistic, but enough so they really stand out visually. There could also be some personal items on Paul's nightstand. We will see part way into his closet when the body falls out, so some hanging clothes and maybe a suitcase or something would be nice as well.
We have three different bodies that get carried around the hotel. Once they are covered we won't be using the actor, so we'll need some sort of light, easy to carry dummy (or something that has the approximate shape of a body). In the balcony scenes when Margot and Alex are holding Paul's covered body across from one room to the next, we need a way to secure the body on both sides so it looks like they are holding it but it won't actually fall if they drop it. And in the final scene the body will need to fall on the head of Girard. It will be a close up on Girard and the body will fall through frame from a distance of about one meter above his head.

OTHER
We won't need to do much in the hallways. There are flowers in scenes 38 and 45. For the moment we've cut these scenes for time, but I'm hoping we'll have time to add them back in when we shoot the hallway scenes, so let's discuss.
The storage closet already looks pretty decent. Maybe we can fill it in so that it's just a bit more crowded. There shouldn't be too much room for Alex move around inside.
The mirrors in the elevator need to be covered so we don't see the camera. A wallpaper pattern like the one in the 4th picture might be a good way to do that, but I'm open to anything. I like you idea to put a chair in the elevator as well, but I don't think we'll have room for that and the cart and three actors in the scene where Paul punches Alex.
The room service cart just needs to be a basic cart, big enough for an actor to fit inside. It should be covered in a white cloth. Alex has found the cart outside some room, so there are the remains of a meal on top. Grace will taste it and Legrand will tidy it up later in the elevator. They will also use items from the cart (in the script it's a plate over and a tea kettle, but it could be something else) to hit Alex and Rick. In scene 59 Legrand throws food, dishes, ect. back at Girard, but we may cut this scene, or possibly simplify for time, so let's discuss this too.

Props
Here are some thoughts on a few of the props (though not a colmplete list):
Margot's Clothes - These are what Legrand picks up and hands to Margot in scene 8. She will never wear them. I picture a dress, some high heels, and maybe a coat and purse.
Nazi's Clothes - Maxime Lauret is naked, but his clothes are on the floor next to him. He's wealthy and probably wears expensive clothes, but we'll never see them up close. I think we just need a suit and some shoes. Maybe a coat.
Nazi's Wallet and I.D. - This could be a driver's licence or any other common I.D. someone would have in their wallet. It needs to clearly show his name, and if possible, his picture.
Sparklng Water - Discussed above.
Rick's Camera - I picture this looking old, but it also has to be digital so Grace can delete it later. A digital camera that looks like and old, metal film camera would be amazing, if possible. But anything could work as long as it has a screen on back where Grace can see and delete the photo of her.
Grace's Gun - I picture her having a revolver. It should be small enough to easily fits in her purse. This prop needs to be safe, of course, and ideally it would have the firing pin removed or something so that it couldn't fire even if it was loaded. But we need to see down the barrell, so it can't have a plug or anything inside that looks fake. It needs to be, or at least look like, a real gun.
Telephones - Paul's suite phone will be placed on the table by the couch. The cord needs to be long enough for him to use to it strangle Rick. Nicole also has a phone at the reception desk.
Bed Sheets - We have various bodies wrapped in bed sheets. We should probably have a few extras, just in case.
Legrand's Handkerchief - This should be coordinated with wardrobe, but Legrand takes this out and cleans the door in scene 28. This should be a pocket square sticking our of his breast pocket, I think. Either white or matching his uniform.
False Moustache - This needs to be discussed with wardeobe as well. It should look fake but not too fake. It shouldn't look like a cheap children's halloween costume. It also needs to stick to their faces without falling off. It would be good to see some different options before we shoot, if possible.
Binds and Gag for Alex - Alex should be tied up and gagged using something that could be easily found around the hotel. Maybe tape for his hands and feet and a cloth napkin from the cart tied around his mouth? We won't see his hands and feet up close, but we will see his gag in a close shot.
Soaps and Lotions - Discussed above.
Tea Kettle, Plate Cover, Food Remains - Discussed above. I'm open to different props for these.
Door Handle - We won't actually see this come off, but Girard will have it in his hand in scene 58. In scene 59 he will try to put it back on, unsuccesfully. In scene 62 Pascal and Bouchet will see that it is missing.
Alex's Cologne and Mobile Phone - We might cut these scenes, or shoot them in the elevator instead. Let's discuss.
Police Badges - Girard, Pascal, and Bouchet all open their wallets to show their police badges. We don't need to see these up too close. Also, Bouchet doesn't have to show his badge if that's easier or cleaper.
Girard's Gun - This should be a pistol. Whatever French police use. Or something similar. We will see down the barrell of this gun as well.
